1. No Refund for Advance Payment

• All advance payments made for any services (Website Development, App Development, Digital Marketing) arenon-refundable.
• Once a client makes an advance payment and the project is initiated, no refunds will be processed for any reason.

2. Cancellation Policy

• If a client decides to cancel the project before the project begins, a cancellation charge will be applied.
• If the project is canceled, 50% to 70% of the total advance payment will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
• The remaining amount, after deducting the cancellation fee, will be refunded to the client.
• Once the project has started, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted, and the client is obligated to pay the full project fee as per the agreement.

3. Project Timeline and Delivery

• ZipKon IT Private Limited commits to delivering projects on time as per agreed deadlines.
• Any delays or modifications requested by the client during the development process may affect the timeline, and additional charges may apply if the scope of the project changes.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

• In exceptional cases, if ZipKon IT Private Limited is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified promptly.
• In such situations, refunds will be processed after reviewing the project's progress and based on mutual agreement.

5. Agreement to Policy
